I would like to share with you that as a kite enthusiast, it is not only full of memories and fun, but also allows me to combine my interests with my profession to create a unique life experience.

Childhood kite dreams

When I was younger, there wasn't much entertainment in Hong Kong. At that time, being able to fly a kite on a clear day was the time I cherished the most. Holding the kite string in my hand and watching it dance in the air is a feeling of freedom that I will never forget. This memory not only brought me endless joy, but also became an important part of my life later in life.

Turn memories into reality

Recently, I decided to turn these precious experiences and memories into tangible products and launched a series of kite products. Whenever someone asks how to use a kite or shares a kite flying experience, I always feel so excited that I am happy to introduce and share the fun. It's not just a job, it's an attitude to life.

Interaction with new parents and couples

In the process, I came into contact with many new parents and couples. They want to have a great kite flying experience after shopping here. To do this, I will do it myself, demonstrate and enjoy kite flying with them. Not only does this make them feel the charm of kites, but it also makes me feel like I am reliving my childhood fun times every time.

It can encourage more people to pursue their interests and turn them into their own careers. Life is a journey, and with passion and professionalism, you can soar in your own field and create your own sky.

When a customer walks into my store, the first thing I look at is their age and height. This information is crucial in choosing the right kite.

Next, I ask the customer what they like and expect from the kite. Based on my years of experience, different groups of people tend to have different preferences:

Children are often attracted to kites with cartoon motifs.

Girls are often fascinated by kites in the shape of butterflies.

Boys tend to opt for larger, triangular kites.

Parents usually ask which kite is easiest to fly.

After understanding the client's initial choice, I will provide professional advice and analysis. Not only will I introduce their chosen kites, but I will also recommend some options that are similar or may be a better fit. I believe that giving customers more options and information can help them make the most satisfying decision.

Once you've chosen your kite, the next step is to choose the right kite reel. This choice depends mainly on the size of the kite:

For small kites of 20 to 40 inches, I usually recommend regular cotton thread reels.

For medium-sized kites of 52 inches or larger, I would recommend using a round hand grip kite wheel. The wheels are equipped with three strands, which are able to withstand greater pull and wind forces, allowing the kite to fly higher and farther, while also facilitating the reeling of the string.

Finally, I would remind customers to pay attention to the venue and wind direction for kite flying. I often advise them to observe if other people are flying kites, which is usually a good sign and means that there is the right wind. If no one is flying a kite, it may mean that the wind is not strong enough and you can take a break at this time. After all, it's common sense that kites need wind to fly.

When customers leave, I always wish them well:

"Smooth sailing, smooth sailing!"

"I believe that choosing a good kite will not only bring fun, but also create great memories.

Every time I see a customer leave satisfied, or hear them share their joyful experience of flying a kite, I feel very happy. That's why I love my job, because it's not just about selling kites, it's about spreading a happy and free way of life
